MAEVELA

HOW WE WORK ✓

Our business model is in short:
Holiday Lets/Short Lets or known as Serviced Accommodation.

Most landlords are put off when they get told this but having a company as a tenant, such as us is a huge benefit, we will explain why on this page.

We are a professional company, with insurance, full compliance and a very strict booking procedure be rest assured that your property will be looked after. We’ve already got many properties & clients.

You can see the guest process here on our sister company’s website:
https://pilotmyproperty.co.uk/our-guest-process/

The way we do this is, when a guest bookings, a deposit & ID is taken, along with strict guest vetting to find out why they are staying. In addition, each apartment has a camera/CCTV fitted and a sound monitor alarm, which monitors the decibel levels to prevent any loud noise or parties from happening.

The bonus is, we are located in Birmingham City Centre, our office is 5 mins from each apartment, so we are able to attend to any call out’s or check-ups within minutes.

REFERENCES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FROM OTHER LETTINGS AGENTS UPON REQUEST.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We will consider all types of apartments, ideally with parking and the property does not need to be in a good decorative condition as we can agree to refurbish the property to bring it up to our standards.

If you are unsure, then please contact us and we can discuss options with you.

We manage and clean the property every week, so any issues are identified early and rectified.

There is minimal wear and tear compared to AST/a family with children and pets who spend most of their time in the property VS us who actually maintain the property & send cleaners around every few days/week.
