The way we do this is, when a guest books, a deposit & ID is taken, along with strict guest vetting to find out why they are staying. In addition to this, each apartment has a camera/CCTV fitted and a sound monitor alarm, which monitors the decibel levels in order to prevent any loud noise or parties from happening.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We will consider all types of apartments, ideally with parking and the property does not need to be in a good decorative condition as we can agree to refurbish the property to bring it up to our standards.
